AlpSolarr Stuns at K.EY Exhibition in Italy!

From March 22nd to March 24th, Shenzhen Ligoo New Energy Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as its brand name AlpSolarr) made its debut in Italy, participating in the 2023 K.EY Energy Exhibition. AlpSolarr’s booth showcased a distinctive brand style, with an atmosphere of simplicity and included various dimensions such as industrial and commercial energy storage systems, inverters, all-in-one machines, and iEMS software application, presenting the comprehensive strength of Ligoo’s energy storage products.

01  Industrial and Commercial Energy Storage Battery Systems

At this exhibition, AlpSolarr’s industrial energy storage series, the COMO series, impressed the audience with its four-layer safety protection system. The COMO series adopts Ligoo's independently developed BMS, providing precise management of battery cells, it's a technology widely successful in the domestic new energy vehicle industry. Battery modules are equipped with fire extinguishing capsules to eliminate potential risks of thermal runaway at an early stage. The system circuit is designed with “double contactors + MOS tubes” to achieve enhanced safety control, while remote big data AI analysis enables the system to achieve advanced warnings.

Commercial and industrial energy storage has become a hot topic this year. ATLAS 01 series energy storage system from alpSolarr has garnered significant attention at the K.EY exhibition. ATLAS 01 is a representative product of AlpSolarr’s solutions for commercial and industrial applications, widely applicable to various user-side scenarios such as commercial buildings, industrial parks, data centers, etc. It can achieve functions like frequency and voltage regulation, peak shaving and valley filling, emergency backup power, and demand response. The system is designed with modular configuration, offering high security, reliability, and standardization features.

02 Single-phase and three-phase hybrid inverters

The ROSA series is an energy storage inverter designed by AlpSolarr specifically for European customers’ homes. The rated inverter power range covers 3kW to 12kW, meeting the demands of most household appliances. It boasts the advantages of “safety, stability, and high efficiency.” The lightweight design of it makes installation easy, and its home-appliance-like design seamlessly integrates with the house. Comprehensive operational data is displayed in the mobile app, providing users with a visual understanding of the system’s status. Moreover, its redundant design enhances adaptability, durability, and weather resistance, requiring no disassembly for cleaning or replacement of vulnerable parts even with long-term usage. The intelligent design enables software online upgrades without the need for power interruption.

The ROSA G1 single-phase inverter covers a power range of 3kW to 6kW and offers the advantages of being lightweight and easily installed by only one person. The ROSA T1 three-phase inverter covers a power range of 5kW to 12kW, featuring a modular design for convenient expansion, leaving room for future demand growth.

Moreover, AlpSolarr has pioneered the “X-Energy” integrated energy management architecture for grid-tied, load, storage, and four-in-one energy management, significantly leading in operational efficiency. We have also introduced the “iVolt” intelligent energy OS system, capable of real-time prediction and proactive utilization of various energy sources and appliances, enabling seamless and intelligent operation.

03 Energy Storage Integrated System

AlpSolarr showcased the SENSE series of energy storage integrated systems at the K.EY exhibition, receiving numerous positive reviews and generating enthusiastic inquiries from on-site customers.

The AlpSolarr SENSE 01 series solar energy storage integrated system combines the functionalities of photovoltaic inverters, energy storage inverters, and energy storage battery systems into three modules, boasting a sleek appearance comparable to household appliances.

We have adopted the 3M automotive-grade lightweighting technology, achieving the lightest module in its class with optimal energy density. Additionally, the product features an ultra-thin design, combining simplicity with a touch of futuristic technology.

Safety

We have introduced the concept of “Five-Layer Safety Design,” incorporating a self-developed and reliable BMS at the cell level. At the Pack level, we equipped it with fire extinguishing capsules and used industry-leading fire-resistant coatings. The system-level design includes circuit protection, and at the cloud level, we employ a powerful iEMS. This Five-Layer Safety Design ensures our batteries achieve an ideal state of safety with the principle of “no fire, no explosion.”

Intelligent

We have tailored an energy management system for SENSE 01 using big data AI analysis. With this system, you don’t need to switch modes frequently. You just need to choose the usage result you care about the most. For example, by selecting “Optimal Economy,” the system will automatically choose the most economical operating mode based on your power consumption habits, local climate, and grid status. Moreover, AlpSolarr’s self-developed iEMS platform will remotely monitor your system’s health in real-time, enabling advanced warning capabilities.
