A Well-Developed Development Process System

Combining the characteristics of the whole vehicle and battery pack development processes, the BMS system has established a comprehensive development process, including BMS system requirement analysis and breakdown, system architecture design, hardware architecture and circuit design, hardware unit circuit testing, DV/PV/accelerated life testing, software architecture and module design, software unit module static and dynamic testing, hardware-software system integration testing, HIL testing, cell parameter calibration testing, Pack integration testing, vehicle calibration, and system verification.

Stringent Testing Standards

We have our own well-equipped automotive electronic component validation laboratory, which includes climate load, electrical load, mechanical load, and EMC testing capabilities. With over 100 sets of instruments and equipment, such as hardware-in-the-loop testing systems, electrostatic testing systems, surge testing systems, etc., our laboratory personnel possess extensive experience in automotive electronic testing. Our validated products have been put into production by multiple OEMs.

Intelligent Big Data Cloud Platform

We are developing a cloud-based big data platform to establish deep analysis capabilities for massive data. Leveraging years of experience in electric vehicles and energy storage, we integrate battery technology with artificial intelligence and wireless communication technology. Innovating traditional embedded BMS from architecture and structure perspectives, we achieve complementarity and coordinated management between local and cloud advantages, enriching application scenarios and scope.
