R&D and Manufacturing

Advanced Production Equipment

The production facility includes five SMT production lines, along with advanced industry equipment such as laser engraving machines, selective soldering, wave soldering, precision coating machines, curing ovens, depaneling machines, X-RAY, ICT, aging cabinets, and more. The theoretical monthly production capacity can exceed 180K PCS.

High-Standard Production Environment

The facility features a constant temperature and humidity workshop, with temperature control

standards ranging from 20℃ to 28℃ and humidity control standards between 40% to 60%. Utilizing temperature and humidity sensing systems, real-time data is collected and monitored. The production area benefits from an independent clean air supply system, supported by 60 FFUs (Fan Filter Units), ensuring a clean air environment with a cleanliness level of up to 300,000 levels, certified by third-party testing organizations. The workshop is equipped with supporting air supply, return air ducts, pressure relief valves, and other facilities to ensure the stable operation of the entire system. Additionally, a well-established electrostatic discharge (ESD) system is in place, meeting the ESD20.20 standard.

Full Lifecycle Reliability

The manufacturing system has obtained IATF16949 and ISO9001 certifications. A comprehensive process quality traceability management system has been established, covering the entire process from material input to product shipment. This system enables multi-layer data collection and integration, optimal process execution, and visualization of the production process.

Digitization of the Manufacturing Process

Each link in the production chain actively interacts, collaborates, influences, and empowers, resulting in improved production efficiency. On the intelligent production line, workers in blue anti-static clothing work side by side with robots, forming a symbiotic ecosystem of human-machine collaboration. The instant massive data generated by people, equipment, products, and materials during the production process are connected, breaking the boundaries between people, machines, materials, and services. Accompanied by the digitization and modeling of the product’s entire lifecycle, there is a significant leap in production efficiency and quality.
