Ligoo MTP Manager’s Comprehensive Skills Enhancement Training Camp Successfully Concludes!

On July 9, 2022, the MTP Manager’s Comprehensive Skills Enhancement Training Camp was officially launched at the headquarters. All AlpSolarr management cadres, carrying their work-related issues and a thirst for management knowledge, journeyed together through the changing seasons. The training camp provided systematic training in four phases and six major themes: leader awareness, communication and coordination, goal planning, delegated execution, development and motivation, and leadership.

We are grateful to the company for providing us with a platform for collective learning, communication, and growth. Here, we witnessed the devoted gazes of participants and experienced intense discussions. Together, we gained knowledge and friendship, and jointly created AlpSolarr’s leadership quality model.
